By filling out and submitting the reservation form on the website karavai.ge, you (hereinafter — "the data subject") confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by Restaurant "Karavai" (SHPS "Karavai26", address: 12 Sulkhan Tsintsadze St., Tbilisi) on the following terms:

1. Scope of data: name, phone number, preferred method of contact (phone / Telegram / WhatsApp), reservation date and time, number of guests.
2. Purpose of processing: accepting and confirming a table reservation, contacting the guest via the specified method of contact.
3. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website karavai.ge.
4. Data storage period — no more than 12 months from the date of the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.
5. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by request to karavai.ge@gmail.com or by phone at +995 500 900 030.
6. A complaint regarding violation of rights related to data processing may be filed with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia: 7 N. Vachnadze St., Tbilisi; tel. +995 32 242 10 00; website personaldata.ge.

Separate consent for promotional mailings If you additionally checked the corresponding box on the form, you also agree to receive messages from Restaurant "Karavai" about news, promotions, and special offers at the specified phone number / via Telegram / WhatsApp. This consent is independent of the processing of the reservation request and may be withdrawn separately at any time.
